CRASH CRASH CRASH

MyZone continues to crash when I turn on effort stream (effort stream is supposed to show your heart rate...pretty much the MAIN purpose of a HR monitor app). Neither their customer service nor their engineers have resolved this despite my repeated request and data sharing. Furthermore, they will not issue me a refund or return goods authorization. Lame application and poor customer service. One star.
