The new app is terrible. Mine has trouble finding belt, says its not connected and app closes. Not clear how to go to effort stream. Finally figured it out. It finally did recognize my belt and still closed unexpectedly, both on iPhone and iPad. My 4 hour bike ride yesterday wont upload on this app. Only found 15 minutes I put belt on to try to get it to upload. Very disappointing.

This is a terrible app. It does not record anything. I am about to delete it.

Ever since the newest upgrade I am losing MEPs and calories. For example today I did a workout with a total of 164 MEPs (displayed on the effort stream) and when it uploaded it gave me a total of 142 MEPs. I find this very annoying. Before the update I had no problems collecting accurate exercise data. The look of it is fine, I just do not want to lose what I worked hard for! Please fix this now!!!

Ugh! Getting really frustrated. Too many issues with the app.

When works, it’s nice, but the current version is NOT iPad Compatible for uploading. Just heard from MyZone and they said "I just received news that they are not working with the Ipads at the moment, although they do hope within the next few months it will.” So now I have months to wait for this to work.

Body metrics from the site dont sync with the app. App says Im 169in tall, which is physically impossible. I also cannot edit the metrics in app after initial entry so it needs to sync with the site to correct. Awkward navigation. Seems like you hired the first designer that showed you a rapid prototype and went for it instead of going with a designer who can back their design decisions with actual user experience research and development. This design would have been fine 3 years ago. Very plain too. Look at MyFitnessPal, Fitocracy, etc. Way more engaging and though put in to UI/UX. Please fix the sync though, thats my biggest gripe at the moment.

How doest this work with the Apple watch?

Crashes nonstop since upgrade. Lost a few workouts using brand new belt this past week.

Some how this app recognizes my old belt # only . I put it in the new # after editing & works fine . But every time I open the app , it opens with the old belt # .

Just downloaded and have a new belt. Wont stay open

Will not even open after 29 Aug 15 update. Hoping for a quick fix then will update review. Prior to that it was good - a little clunky - but worked and I like the technology overall with rechargeable belt and easy monitoring with Garmin watch.

Ever since the newest upgrade the app works so poorly. I have lost work outs and the most annoying part is that when I tilt my phone to see the graphs it gets stuck and I cannot go back to the home screen. I have to exit and quit the app to see everything else. Please fix these issues.

It crashes after I get to the log in part, every time. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Updated last night and app wont stay open.

This app seemed like a great idea, sync the little doohickey to your phone and your information is easily passed. Well you messed up. How am I supposed to complete challenges? The thing doesnt even sync with Bluetooth anymore fix your app.

I just downloaded this app and it wont stay open long enough for me to do anything in it.

After I log in it just keeps crashing. Fix this its annoying!!!

Does not work on my iPad IOS 8.4.1 . Crashes on my iPhone 6 . Please fix . Anyone else having problems with the app on their iPad ?

This app and device worked wonderfully until the latest update. Now my workouts wont sync, my monitor wont connect, and I have an expensive piece of equipment that I cannot use. Myzone either needs to fix the app or start letting gyms refund their members. Absolutely unacceptable.

The new update has four intro screens, you cant tap done on the last one so now the app is not functional. Thanks Myzone.
